Requisitos aplicáveis
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, or Business Management will be considered a plus;
- Proven experience in financial leadership positions, preferably in large or multinational companies;
- Solid knowledge of cash flow management, controllership, accounting, and financial planning;
- Strong analytical skills for preparing and monitoring budgets and performance indicators;
- Proficiency in ERP systems and BI tools;
- Fluent English;
- Availability for on-site work in the southern region of São Paulo.

We are looking for an experienced Financial Manager, with a strategic and analytical profile, to join a large multinational company currently expanding its operations in the Brazilian market. This professional will be responsible for ensuring efficient financial management, supporting strategic decisions, and guaranteeing the organization’s economic and financial sustainability.
Among the main responsibilities are coordinating accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and controllership routines; preparing management and financial reports; and providing direct support to the executive board in decision-making processes. In addition, the Financial Manager will lead the team with a results-oriented approach, promoting both technical and behavioral development of employees.
The ideal professional will have strong knowledge in cash flow management, budget planning, performance indicator (KPI) analysis, and a solid understanding of accounting and tax regulations. We are looking for someone who combines technical accuracy with strategic vision, and who has the ability to propose improvements in financial processes and systems, contributing to operational efficiency and the company’s sustainable growth.
