Requisitos aplicáveis
Job Responsibilities:
- Record sales invoices, establish and maintain sales ledgers and sales reports;
- Manage accounts receivable, conduct regular reconciliations with customers to ensure data accuracy;
- Register and manage customer purchase orders (POs);
- Initiate the sales contract review process and follow up on the progress until completion;
- Issue invoices to customers according to business requirements;
- Handle accounting management related to sales, promotional, and complimentary transactions;
- Assist supervisors in completing other business-related tasks.
Skills Requirements:
- Proficiency in advanced Excel skills (such as pivot tables, formulas, functions, and report automation);
- Basic knowledge of finance and taxation, with the ability to understand and handle fundamental accounting issues;
- Proficiency in using software such as OMIE, TVTOS;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.);
- Fluent communication skills in either English or Chinese, both written and verbal.

- Responsible, detail-oriented, and patient, ensuring accuracy in data and documentation;
- Clear logical thinking, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently;
