Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution of sales activities and achievement of established targets;
- Conduct market analysis and maintain close relationships with purchasing teams and distribution channels in Brazil;
- Perform regular visits to clients and partners, strengthening commercial relationships and gathering relevant market and channel insights;
- Report market intelligence, channel performance, and business opportunities to leadership;
- Develop, promote, and implement channel strategies, including commercial policies, pricing, and promotional activities;
- Ensure proper execution of strategies and alignment of guidelines through to the final point of sale;
- Monitor and analyze channel performance, including customer activity, inventory turnover, product display, retail performance, and sell-out indicators;
- Drive improvements in conversion rates at the point of sale;
- Manage commercial contracts and channel payment terms;
- Supervise customer orders and accounts receivable, ensuring healthy cash flow and timely payment collection.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Proven experience in television sales through distribution channels;
- Professional experience working with offline sales channels, including relationship management and negotiations with distributors and retailers;
- Solid understanding of the Brazilian consumer electronics market;
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills;
- Excellent communication, organizational, and results-oriented mindset.
