Requisitos aplicáveis
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Experience in sales or business development within the industrial power sector;
- Strong negotiation and prospecting skills;
- Native Portuguese and fluent English (written and spoken);
- Availability to work on-site in São Paulo.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and expand market share in Brazil;
- Promote and sell industrial power solutions, including Diesel and Gas engines, water pumps, air compressors, and related equipment;
- Develop and implement sales strategies for industrial power engines;
- Identify and engage OEMs, distributors, and channel partners;
- Define pricing strategies, product positioning, and commercial policies;
- Strengthen brand awareness and support marketing initiatives;
- Conduct market research on competitors, customer needs, and industry trends;
- Monitor sales performance and propose continuous improvement actions.

Employment type: CLT;
Working hours: 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM (1-hour lunch break);
