Requisitos aplicáveis

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Selection:
    • Conduct recruitment and selection processes for different areas of the company.
    • Post and promote job openings on various channels (job boards, social media, etc.).
    • Screen résumés and schedule interviews with candidates.
    • Apply tests and group dynamics when necessary.
      Support the integration and onboarding of new employees.
  2. Benefits Administration:
    • Manage the provision of employee benefits (meal voucher, transportation voucher, health plan, among others);
    • Monitor and control the use of benefits, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  3. Performance Management:
    • Assist in the performance evaluation and feedback processes;
    • Support managers in defining goals and performance indicators.
  4. People Management:
    • Oversee timekeeping, absence control, vacations, and leaves;
    • Support internal communication processes and team integration;
    • Assist in conflict resolution and issues related to discipline and organizational behavior.
  5. Compliance and Labor Legislation:
    • Ensure that HR practices comply with current labor laws;
    • Assist in preparing reports and documentation required by regulatory bodies.
  6. Payroll Administration:
    • Support the payroll department by checking data and required information.
    • Follow the timekeeping closing process and verify salaries, benefits, and social charges.

Requirements:

  1. Education:
    • Degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
  2. Experience:
    • Previous experience in human resources, preferably in recruitment and selection, training and development, or personnel administration.
  3. Technical Knowledge:
    • Basic knowledge of labor legislation and personnel department routines;
    • Familiarity with HR tools (people management systems, payroll software, etc.);
    • Intermediate Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
    • Proficient in at least two of these languages: Portuguese, Chinese, English;
    • Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
