Define claim management strategies with the project team
Create claim procedures
Review and understand all the contracts where the Company is one of the signing parties (PPP, SHA, EPC and Subcontracts)
Lead all claim activities, including but not limited to incoming and outgoing correspondence (defending or claiming), leading claim discussion and negotiation, collecting claim supporting evidence, identifying claim legal basis and coordinating meetings
Establish claim traceable records, update and monitor claim cases. Provide claim report on a weekly basis of claim status. Maintains Claim and Variation Order register.
Prepare claimable documentation: manage the preparation of Claims, Variation Orders proposals and Contract Amendments.
Identify Changes under the Contract, issue notifications, prepare claims submission. Maintain Claim register.
Coordinate with the external consultants for contractual or legal issues, such as Legal Consultant.
Participate in negotiation, dispute resolution and/or legal proceedings
Fulfil claim KPI defined under the PM team
Coordinates with all stakeholders on the project (external : SPC, Government, external suppliers, etc.; and internal : different Company entities, etc.)
Provide inputs for all internal and external reportings (e.g. Monthly report)
