We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Funds Specialist with strong analytical skills, strategic vision, and solid experience in the structuring, management, and monitoring of investment funds. This professional will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, accuracy of financial information, and adherence to corporate governance policies.
Key responsibilities include leading valuation and due diligence processes, managing assets and liabilities, and liaising with external auditors, fund managers, and fiduciary administrators. The role requires in-depth knowledge of CVM, BACEN, and ANBIMA regulations, as well as the ability to interpret complex financial data and produce performance and profitability reports.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to provide consultative and strategic support to senior management. This position offers the opportunity to strengthen governance practices and enhance compliance and control processes across the organization.
