- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries,and offering detailed information about smartphones.
- Assist in the sales process, from product presentation totransaction closure
- Prepare proposals and quotations for interested clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting the featuresand benefits of smartphones.
- Address queries and provide technical information whennecessary.
- Manage the order registration process, ensuring the accuracyof information and transaction efficiency
- Collaborate in maintaining inventory control, ensuringaccuracy in information regarding product availability.
