The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating the commercial team, ensuring sales targets are met, strengthening customer relationships, and executing effective commercial strategies. This role involves managing sales representatives and promoters, monitoring results, developing action plans, and fostering the continuous growth of the team.

Key responsibilities include tracking performance indicators (sell-in, sell-out, market coverage, and product activation), analyzing opportunities, and defining regional strategies to expand and increase market share. The role also includes overseeing promotional campaigns, conducting team training, and supporting the implementation of commercial policies.

The ideal candidate combines an analytical mindset with strategic vision, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication. Experience in managing sales teams, negotiating with distribution channels, and executing high-performance commercial plans is essential.
